Mouse IL2 Inducible T-Cell Kinase ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the quantitative in vitro determination of mouse IL2 Inducible T-Cell Kinase (also referred to as ITK/EMT) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Captured analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-ITK/EMT antibody followed by HRP-avidin, with the enzymatic reaction developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The complete protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

The working assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a reported sensitivity of less than 0.107 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery performance has been characterised across three matrices with five replicates each: serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%). Dilution-linearity data are also supplied for 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types. The kit comprises a pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, with storage temperatures specified per component (between +4°C and –20°C).
