The kit applies a quantitative sandwich immunoassay technique to detect and quantify endogenous levels of natural or recombinant mouse IL-17.

It is supplied on a pre-coated microplate platform (12 x 8 well strips) with colorimetric detection and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is suitable for serum and plasma, with a stated sensitivity of < 1 pg/ml and an assay range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml. No cross-reactivity has been reported. Storage is at +4°C, at which temperature the kit is stable for 3-6 months.
