Mouse IL-17F ELISA Kit

The procedure uses a monoclonal antibody specific for mouse IL-17F immobilized onto microwells; standards or samples are pipetted in, followed by a biotin-linked monoclonal detector antibody, streptavidin-HRP, and a substrate solution that produces a chromogenic signal proportional to bound analyte, which is read on a microplate reader after the reaction is stopped by addition of acid.

Reactivity is specific to mouse, with no significant cross-reactivity reported. The kit recognizes both native and recombinant mouse IL-17F. The standard curve spans 31.25 - 2000 pg/ml, with a stated sensitivity of 0.59 pg/ml. Detection is colorimetric on a microplate platform, and average recovery from serum samples is reported as 106%.
