Mouse IL-12 p70 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IL-12 p70 in cell culture supernatant, serum and plasma. The assay uses a quantitative sandwich ELISA format in which a monoclonal antibody specific for mouse IL-12 p70 is immobilised onto microwells; standards or samples are pipetted into the wells, followed by a biotin-linked monoclonal detection antibody. After washing, streptavidin-HRP is added and a substrate solution reacts to produce a colorimetric signal proportional to the amount of IL-12 p70 bound, which is read on a microplate platform.

Reactivity is Mouse and the target is IL-12 p70. The measuring range is 31.25 - 2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 3.58 pg/ml. The kit shows no significant cross-reactivity and is able to assay both native and recombinant mouse IL-12 p70. Average recovery from serum samples is reported at 99%. Storage is at +4°C and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
