Mouse IgG2b ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IgG2b in cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma. The assay uses a monoclonal antibody specific for mouse IgG2b pre-coated onto a microplate; after sample incubation, an HRP-linked detection antibody specific for IgG2b is added, and colour develops in proportion to the amount of IgG2b bound in the initial step, measured colorimetrically.

It reports a measuring range of 3.91 - 250 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <1.09 ng/ml. Components should be stored at +4°C and not used past the expiration date.
