Mouse Ido1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com enables in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase. Designed for use with mouse samples, the kit has an assay time of 4 hours and uses a colorimetric detection method with absorbance read at 450 nm on a pre-coated microplate.

The kit is specific for Indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; validated dilutions include healthy serum (1:2) and 4T1 cell lysate (1:2). Recovery has been validated across serum (range 93%–104%, average 100%), EDTA plasma (range 89%–105%, average 97%) and heparin plasma (range 87%–105%, average 94%) (n=10). Dilution linearity has also been assessed at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 in each matrix.

The kit is shipped at +4°C; components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
