Mouse HLA-B Associated Transcript 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse BAT3/BAG-6 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and follows a standard sandwich immunoassay workflow: standards and test samples are added to the wells, captured BAT3/BAG-6 is bound by a Biotinylated Anti-BAT3/BAG-6 Antibody, and detection is achieved with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate. The colour change is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the BAT3/BAG-6 concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

The kit has a measuring range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of less than 0.053 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m. It is suitable for cell lysates and tissue homogenates and has been evaluated with serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. Reported spike-and-recovery data (n=5) show average values of 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%).

Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the product documentation, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date. The assay is intended for the quantitative measurement of mouse BAT3/BAG-6 in research applications.
