Mouse Histone Deacetylase 4 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse HDAC4 (Histone Deacetylase 4) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, including serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-HDAC4 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The stated working range is 0.312–20 ng/ml and sensitivity is <0.121 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Reported mean recovery is 91% (range 80–102%) in serum, 90% (range 81–100%) in EDTA plasma and 84% (range 80–89%) in heparin plasma (n=5). Individual kit components are intended for storage at +4°C or –20°C as indicated.
