Mouse Histidine Triad Nucleotide Binding Protein 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse HINT2 (Histidine Triad Nucleotide Binding Protein 2) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and employs a biotinylated anti-HINT2 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a yellow product whose absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.061 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the protocol takes approximately 4h 30m.

Validation data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Spike-and-recovery averages are reported as 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions is reported as 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, and 92–97% respectively for serum (n=5); 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, and 79–108% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, and 89–91% for heparin plasma (n=5).
