Mouse Histidine Rich Glycoprotein ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Histidine Rich Glycoprotein (HRG) in plasma. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and relies on a biotinylated anti-HRG antibody with HRP-Avidin detection, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 1.28 ng/ml and an assay range of 3.12-200 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. In spike-and-recovery testing, average recoveries were 91% for serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, n=5), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
