Mouse Hepatoma Derived Growth Factor ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, read colorimetrically at 450 nm on a microplate reader. The reported product range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.7 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Standards and samples are incubated with a biotinylated anti-HDGF antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with bound HDGF visualised using TMB substrate that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution; absorbance is proportional to HDGF concentration and quantified against the standard curve. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
