Mouse Heparin Cofactor II ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse HC-II (Heparin Cofactor II) ELISA Kit is a sandwich (quantitative) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse HC-II in plasma. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

The manufacturer's specification lists an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.047 ng/ml. The kit is for mouse reactivity with plasma samples; kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

According to the manufacturer, recovery in spiked samples (n=5) was 80-102% (average 91%) in serum, 81-100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma, and 80-89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions was 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% respectively in serum; 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108% in EDTA plasma; and 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91% in heparin plasma.
