Mouse Hemojuvelin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Hemojuvelin in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Hemojuvelin detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with colorimetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The concentration of Hemojuvelin in each sample is calculated by reference to a standard curve generated with the supplied lyophilized standard.

Validated for mouse reactivity, the kit offers a sensitivity of 0.256 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.625-40 ng/ml. The complete protocol takes 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
