Supplied by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Hsc70 (Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 8) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-Hsc70 detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer, the detection range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.116 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed on the individual components.
