Mouse Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1A (HSP70) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Manufacturer-reported performance figures include a sensitivity of <0.28 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml. Average recoveries across sample types are: serum 91% (range 83–100%, n=5), EDTA plasma 94% (range 90–98%, n=5) and heparin plasma 95% (range 89–102%, n=5). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for serum was 83–110%, 79–100%, 90–98% and 82–108% respectively (n=5), with comparable values reported for EDTA and heparin plasma.
