Mouse Growth Regulated Oncogene Beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CXCL2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The microplate is pre-coated with antibody specific for CXCL2; standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-CXCL2 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. After addition of stop solution, the yellow product is read at 450 nm, with colour intensity proportional to CXCL2 concentration. The kit from Antibodies.com reports a sensitivity of <6.0 pg/ml and an assay range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml. Mean recovery (n=5) is 91% for serum (range 80%-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%-89%). Dilution linearity has been evaluated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in each sample matrix. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes and detection is performed on a colorimetric microplate reader.
