Mouse Growth Hormone Receptor ELISA Kit

Sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Growth Hormone Receptor in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourmetric detection by reading O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. The total reported assay time is 4h 30m.

Reported sensitivity is <0.116 ng/ml with a measurable range of 0.312-20 ng/ml. Recovery performance in undiluted samples shows averages of 91% in serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, n=5), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5). Linearity testing across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions shows serum recovery of 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101%, and 92-97% respectively.

The sandwich technique employs a biotinylated anti-Growth Hormone Receptor detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate that produces a blue product turning yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Standards should be used within 15 minutes of preparation, and kit components must be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
