Mouse Growth Factor, Augmenter Of Liver Regeneration ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse ALR/HPO (Growth Factor, Augmenter of Liver Regeneration) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance covers an assay range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <29 pg/ml, and total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Validated recovery in serum averaged 91% (range 80-102%, n=5); in EDTA plasma 90% (range 81-100%, n=5); and in heparin plasma 84% (range 80-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity was confirmed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across all three sample matrices. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
