Mouse Growth Arrest Specific Protein 6 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Growth Arrest Specific Protein 6 (GAS 6) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and a colorimetric detection method, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and concentration calculated against a standard curve.

The assay has a working range of 1.56–100 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.49 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Provided components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
