Mouse Granzyme M ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Granzyme M in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The kit shows reactivity with mouse samples and uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate platform configured as 12 x 8 well strips.

The assay delivers a sensitivity of 7.6 pg/ml with a measurable standard range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml. Detection is performed colorimetrically by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with the intensity of colour change proportional to the amount of Granzyme M captured in each well. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The product is intended for research use only.

The kit employs a biotinylated anti-Granzyme M detection antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate as the visualisation reagent. An acidic stop solution converts the blue enzymatic product to yellow, and the concentration of Granzyme M is calculated by reference to a standard curve.
