From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Granzyme K ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Granzyme K in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids [C0][S1]. The assay uses a 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) pre-coated with an antibody specific for Granzyme K. Standards and samples are added to the wells; following incubation and washing, a Biotinylated Anti-Granzyme K Antibody is applied, then an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate. The reaction is stopped with an acidic stop solution and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, with the concentration of Granzyme K in each sample calculated by reference to the standard curve [S1].

Quantitative performance includes a product range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <6.5 pg/ml [S1]. Sample recovery (n=5) averaged 91% for serum, 90% for EDTA plasma, and 84% for heparin plasma [S1]. Dilution linearity was assessed across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions, with observed recoveries ranging 74-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma, and 82-105% for heparin plasma across those dilutions [S1].
