The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with capture by an immobilized anti-Granzyme A antibody, detection using a biotinylated anti-Granzyme A antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate step read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.
