Mouse Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GnRH) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 × 8 well strips) carrying an antibody specific for GnRH, with detection provided by a biotinylated anti-GnRH antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is generated with TMB substrate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is supported by a working standard range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of less than 4.33 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Spiked-recovery validation reports average values of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution-linearity in the same sample matrices spans 74–107% for serum, 79–108% for EDTA plasma and 82–105% for heparin plasma (n=5 across serial dilutions).
