Mouse Golgi Protein 73 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Golgi Protein 73 (GOLPH2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for GOLPH2 is pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are added, captured GOLPH2 is bound, and detection is performed using a Biotinylated Anti-GOLPH2 Antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting colour change is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

The assay has a reported product range of 0.937–60 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.37 ng/ml, with a typical run time of 4h 30m. Spike-and-recovery averages 91% in serum (range 83–100%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 91–100%) and 96% in heparin plasma (range 91–101%). Dilutional linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions for each of these matrices. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
