Mouse Glycoprotein Ib Beta Polypeptide, Platelet ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com offers a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CD42c/GP1BB (Glycoprotein Ib Beta Polypeptide, Platelet) in plasma. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate: standards and samples are added, captured CD42c/GP1BB is detected with a Biotinylated Anti-CD42c/GP1BB Antibody, and binding is visualised using an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. After addition of an acidic stop solution, absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration is calculated from a standard curve.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <14.7 pg/ml and a quantitative range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. The plate is supplied as a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
