Mouse Glutathione Synthetase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Glutathione Synthetase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with colourimetric readout at 450nm via TMB substrate. The product range is 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.058 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sample recovery averages 91% in serum (range 80%-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%-89%). Linearity has been evaluated across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilution series in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
