Mouse Glutathione S Transferase Omega 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Glutathione S Transferase omega 1/p28 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a biotinylated anti-target antibody and an HRP-avidin detection system visualised using TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and the reported sensitivity is 0.051 ng/ml. The full protocol runs in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes, and components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed. Spike-and-recovery testing produced averages of 95% in serum (range 88–102%, n=5), 94% in EDTA plasma (range 90–99%, n=5) and 96% in heparin plasma (range 90–102%, n=5). Dilution linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples (n=5 for each matrix).
