Mouse Glutamine synthetase ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Glutamine synthetase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate and uses a biotinylated anti-Glutamine synthetase detection antibody with HRP-Avidin conjugate; the enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and stopped with acidic solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is 0.53 pg/ml, with a working range of 1.56-100 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Standards are prepared by serial 1:2 dilution from a 100 pg/ml stock standard, with Sample Dilution Buffer serving as the zero standard.
