Mouse Glutaminase ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse Glutaminase ELISA Kit is a sandwich (quantitative) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Glutaminase in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate to which standards and samples are added; captured Glutaminase is detected using a biotinylated anti-Glutaminase antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <0.117 ng/ml and the assay range as 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit is also suitable for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. Reported recovery values (n=5) are 80%–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81%–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80%–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is provided for the same sample types. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
