Mouse Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 2A ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-NMDAR2A detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <0.045 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
