Mouse Glutamate Receptor, Ionotropic, AMPA 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Glutamate Receptor 3/GluA3 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-GluA3 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml, and the total protocol takes 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery ranges are 80–102% in serum, 81–100% in EDTA plasma and 80–89% in heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
