Mouse Glucuronidase Beta ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse beta Glucuronidase (GUSB) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) is pre-coated with antibody specific for beta Glucuronidase/GUSB. Following sample addition, the wells are incubated with Biotinylated Anti-beta Glucuronidase/GUSB Antibody, then HRP-Avidin conjugate, with the reaction visualised by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance characteristics quoted by the manufacturer include a measuring range of 0.625-40 ng/ml and a sensitivity of less than 0.259 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Provided components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed depending on component.
