Mouse Glucoprotein 130 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CD130/gp130 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-CD130/gp130 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

Sensitivity is 48 pg/ml and the quantitative range is 125-8000 pg/ml. In validation testing (n=5), recovery ranged from 83-100% (mean 91%) in serum, 91-98% (mean 94%) in EDTA plasma and 90-99% (mean 94%) in heparin plasma, with recovery data generated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for each sample type.
