Mouse G Protein Coupled Receptor 120 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse G Protein Coupled Receptor 120 (GPCR GPR120) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.121 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 83%–100%), EDTA plasma (average 94%, range 90%–98%), and heparin plasma (average 94%, range 90%–99%), with linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions.
