Mouse G Protein Coupled Estrogen Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse G-Protein Coupled Receptor 30 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate platform. An antibody specific for the target is immobilised on the plate; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-G-Protein Coupled Receptor 30 Antibody and then an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection is colourmetric using TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of G-Protein Coupled Receptor 30 is calculated by reference to the standard curve.

The quantitative assay reports a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%) across n=5 samples. Included components comprise a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with kit components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
