Mouse G Protein Beta 1 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies a sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse G Protein Beta 1 (GNB1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The immunoassay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-GNB1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal read as absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, a sensitivity of 0.041 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Per-sample values (n=5) are 83–99% (average 91%) in serum, 80–99% (average 89%) in EDTA plasma and 82–99% (average 90%) in heparin plasma.
