Mouse Fusion ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse TLS/FUS in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. It employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection performed on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. The kit is for mouse reactivity and is suitable for tissue homogenates and other biological fluids.

An antibody specific for TLS/FUS is immobilised on the plate to capture analyte from standards and test samples. After washing, a Biotinylated Anti-TLS/FUS Antibody is added, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the blue-coloured product turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance proportional to the TLS/FUS concentration. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.042 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery data are supplied for serum (n=5, range 80%–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81%–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80%–89%, average 84%), with dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 reported for each sample type. The kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), detection solutions A and B (120 µl each), 30X wash buffer (20 ml), sample dilution buffer (45 ml), TMB substrate (9 ml), stop solution (6 ml) and plate sealers (5 adhesive strips).
