Mouse Fucosyltransferase 8 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com provides a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Fucosyltransferase 8 (FUT8) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-FUT8 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The colour change is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and is proportional to FUT8 concentration.

Reported sensitivity is <0.127 ng/ml, with a standard range of 0.312-20 ng/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on individual components, and the kit is intended for research use only.

Sample recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 80-102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81-100%) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80-89%). Dilutional linearity has been assessed for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
