Mouse Forkhead Box Protein P3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Forkhead Box Protein P3 (FOXP3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate, with bound FOXP3 detected using a Biotinylated Anti-FOXP3 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate solution. The resulting colour change is read as O.D. absorbance at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is 0.122 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Detection is colourimetric. Reported recovery ranges by sample type are: serum 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81–100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma 80–89% (average 84%).
