Mouse Forkhead Box Protein O3 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse FOXO3A in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. Supplied under the Antibodies.com brand, the kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-FOXO3A detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay reports a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml and a measurable range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery testing returned averages of 91% in serum (n=5; range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (n=5; range 81–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5; range 80–89%). Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
