Mouse Filaggrin ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Filaggrin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Filaggrin. Captured Filaggrin is detected using a biotinylated anti-Filaggrin antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with visualisation via TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the Filaggrin concentration is calculated against a standard curve.
