Mouse FIL1d ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse IL-36RN, also referred to in the source documentation as FIL1d, in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, relying on an antibody specific for IL-36RN that is pre-coated onto a microtiter plate.

Reported sensitivity is 18.75 pg/ml, with an assay range of 31.25-2000 pg/ml. Standards and test samples are added to the plate wells, where IL-36RN is captured by the immobilized antibody. Following incubation and washing steps, a Biotinylated Anti-IL-36RN Antibody is added and binds the captured target, after which an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate is introduced. A TMB substrate solution is then used to visualise the enzymatic reaction, producing a blue product that converts to yellow upon addition of an acidic stop solution. The yellow intensity is proportional to the IL-36RN concentration, which is calculated by reading absorbance at 450nm against a standard curve.
