Mouse Fibulin 7 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA (sELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Fibulin 7 in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with anti-Fibulin 7 antibody, a biotinylated anti-Fibulin 7 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and the reported sensitivity is <0.053 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Recovery has been validated in serum (range 80–102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81–100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80–89%, average 84%, n=5). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across all three sample matrices. The kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
