Mouse Fibulin 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse Fibulin 3 (EFEMP1) in serum, plasma, urine or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-EFEMP1/Fibulin-3 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, with an assay range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 6.6 pg/ml. Recovery and linearity data across dilutions are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
