Mouse Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing Protein 5 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com comes a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of Fibronectin Type III Domain Containing Protein 5 (FNDC5) in mouse serum, plasma or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with a biotinylated anti-FNDC5 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm. The reported assay range is 0.625–40 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.246 ng/ml, and the protocol runs for approximately 4 h 30 m. Recovery has been evaluated in serum (range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81–100%, 90%) and heparin plasma (80–89%, 84%), with linearity data also provided for 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in each sample type.
