Mouse Fibronectin ELISA Kit

This sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative measurement of mouse Fibronectin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Fibronectin detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. One manufacturer source quotes a sensitivity of < 15 pg/ml with an assay range of 156–10,000 pg/ml, while a separate datasheet lists sensitivity of <0.062 ng/ml and a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Reported spike-and-recovery averages are 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma (n=5 each). Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
