Mouse Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 1 (FGFR1) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate to which an antibody specific for FGFR1 has been immobilised; standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-FGFR1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection is colorimetric via a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of FGFR1 calculated by reference to a standard curve.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.061 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The kit should not be used past its expiration date.
