Mouse Fibroblast Growth Factor 10 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Fibroblast Growth Factor 10 (FGF10) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The format uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with an immobilised capture antibody specific for FGF10. Detection relies on a Biotinylated Anti-FGF10 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of <5.3 pg/ml, a quantitative range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery values (n=5) were 83-100% (average 91%) for serum, 90-103% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma and 89-102% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity was evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types.
