Mouse Fibrinogen Like Protein 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Fibrinogen Like Protein 2 (FGL2/Prothrombinase) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-FGL2/Prothrombinase detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The product range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.4 pg/ml. Reported sample measurements (n=5 each) give ranges of 80%-102% for serum, 81%-100% for EDTA plasma and 80%-89% for heparin plasma, with averages of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively. Dilution linearity is reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across the same sample types. Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
