Mouse Ferritin, Heavy Polypeptide ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative measurement of Ferritin Heavy Chain in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a Biotinylated Anti-Ferritin Heavy Chain Antibody with HRP-Avidin detection via TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported recovery averages: Serum n=5, 91% (range 80–102%); EDTA Plasma n=5, 90% (range 81–100%); Heparin Plasma n=5, 84% (range 80–89%).
